Services Fee is Still Due Upon Arrival If Signing Does Not Occur For Any Reason. Service Fees Are Still Due Payable Even If Any Notary Error On Document’s After Signing Is Completed. Only State Law Notarization Fee Is Subject To A Refund If Signing Does Not Occur For Any Reason. Likewise, Service Fees Are Still Due Payable If The Loan Does Not Fund From Escrow Closing Or If You Cancel 1 Hour Or Less Prior To Scheduled Appointment Time. Once a phone order has been placed, your payment is non-refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason once notary is in route to destination.
